Poire Williams
A combination of Poire Williams Brandy and Poire Williams juice that gives the colour and slight sweetness of the fruit. Flavours that give the impression of crunching in the fruit are developed in the mouth.

Serve slightly cooled or at room temperature.

Biercine
The preparation of seven ingredients and the proportions required to produce the 35% vol. Biercine ® is a jealously guarded secret, as it was concocted by Jules Cleempoel, the distillery’s founder, back in 1947. One can however distinguish from both bouquet and taste, the very pronounced presence of fennel.

An excellent digestif, it should be served lightly chilled or at room temperature.

Mirabelle
The full delicacy of this fine little dark yellow plum with red and ochreous hues, picked in Lorraine, is combined with the fruit juice. Delicate and long aftertaste.

Served cooled.
