Vieille Pomme (aged apple brandy)
A subtle blend of different sweet and bitter apple varieties, distilled then aged in oak casks which give this brandy a distinctive reddish-brown colour and discrete vanilla flavours.

To be sipped slowly at room temperature.

Vieille Prune
The large, oval blue plum from the Périgord region offers its freshness to ageing in oak casks that will give it an amber colour and fine flavours.

Peket dè Houyeu
Peket is the Walloon name for gin, and our Peket dè Houyeu (miner’s gin) is made from cereals (rye, barley, etc.) which, together with a small ageing in oak casks give this brandy a discrete brown colour.

Can be enjoyed cooled or at room temperature.
