Serve cooled (between 5 and 10°C).

Mirabelle (plum)
The full delicacy of this fine little dark yellow plum with red and ochreous hues, picked in Lorraine, is best enjoyed at room temperature.

Serve at room temperature.

Orangine (Orange and Cocoa)
A subtle blend of Orange liqueur and Cocoa Brandy achieved at the Biercée Distillery. Evokes the taste of candied orange. Delicious with chocolate desserts.

Serve cooled.


Rosehip
Wild rosebush, cynorrhodon (dog rose) berry, these red berries exude finesse with forest notes.

Serve cooled (between 5 and 10°).

Wild holly berries
A supreme delicacy for flavours not present in our taste/fragrance memory. A red berry picked in Alsace.

Serve cooled (between 5 and 10°C).

Green celery
Organically grown in the region. This spirit is particularly appreciated with smoked fish, tomato sorbet, mussels, in vinaigrette dressing, etc.
