Eau de Villée is always served chilled, but without
ice cubes. To this end, put the bottle in the freezer, where
it will stay very chilled and very digestive at all times.
It will frost the glass automatically when poured.
Poire Williams N°1, like most white brandies, is enjoyed
cooled, without ice, so as not to alter the refined, delicate
flavours and aromas of the fruits.
The liqueurs and sweet pleasures should be served at a temperature
of about 5 °C without ice.
Brandies aged in oak caskets are ideally served at ambient
temperature.
The shape of the glass is also important for the tasting.
Ideally, you should give preference to the glasses we have
selected.
As our motto suggests, “Abus non tollit usum,”
which means roughly “use, not abuse,” or even
more freely, “a brandy distilled with passion is best
appreciated in moderation.”
Take the time, with family and friends, to (re)discover the
subtle flavours and aromas of real brandies, distilled with
passion and expertise.
